Family Responsible Use
1. To participate in this service you agree to abide by the following appropriate use guidelines with respect to using a sitter in the network. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using this service, you will not:
4. Client agrees to pay sitter directly for services rendered. Services require a minimum of 4 hours plus any parking charges and meal reimbursement. If 6 or more children need care, two or more caregivers will be required. Holiday requests require a 5 hour minimum and holiday rates will apply (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, 4th of July).
5. Client understands that an agency fee will be charged to their credit card for every caregiver visit. The agency fee is non-refundable. If you must cancel, 24 hours’ notice must be given or the client is charged the 4 hour caregiver minimum and the agency fee. If holiday reservations are made and canceled the 5 hour minimum will be charged and paid to the caregiver.
6. Client understands that a sitter may not take children off of the hotel premises.
7. Client agrees to forever indemnify, release and hold harmless Sitter Scout, its agents, employees and officers for any and all claims relating to services provided by sitters.
- Contact the sitter outside of the service. All contact should be through either the website or with a representative. All sits should be scheduled with the service and not a verbal discussion with a sitter.
- Refer a sitter to a third party without the consent of the Sitter Scout office.
- A schedule of naps, bed times, dinner/snack times, practice times, etc.
- Medical and/or allergy information about your children
- Expectations for your home, such as T.V. time, homework time, time out, etc.
